Cookies and website tracking

Our website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate and secure the website, understand how visitors find and use it, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Some cookies are necessary for the operation and security of the website. Other technologies are used for analytics or advertising purposes. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings and use the privacy or advertising controls offered by the relevant providers.

Website analytics and advertising tools

TOOLS USED BY NUMBLE
Numble retains Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag on its website for analytics and advertising measurement.

  • Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use our website.
  • Meta Pixel helps us measure the effectiveness of advertising on Meta platforms.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag helps us measure LinkedIn advertising and website usage associated with LinkedIn campaigns.

Information collected through these technologies may include IP address and approximate location, pages visited, actions taken, date and time of a visit, referring source, online or device identifiers, and technical information about the device, operating system and browser used.

We do not intentionally configure these technologies to collect information entered into website forms, such as your name, email address or telephone number. Google, Meta and LinkedIn may collect online identifiers and other information in accordance with their own privacy policies

Managing cookies and tracking

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. You may also use the privacy and advertising controls offered by Google, Meta and LinkedIn to manage certain personalised advertising. Disabling cookies or tracking technologies may affect the operation or functionality of parts of the website.

Overseas processing and disclosure

Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other technology or service providers we use may process or store information outside Australia.

Where our use of a provider involves the disclosure of personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps in relation to that disclosure as required by Australian privacy law. It is not practical for Numble to identify principal countries because processing locations vary dynamically according to provider infrastructure.

Artificial intelligence and automated decisions

Numble may use approved AI tools to assist with drafting, summarisation, formatting, policy development and efficiency improvements. AI is not relied on for professional judgement, compliance decisions or client advice.

Numble does not use AI to make decisions that could reasonably be expected to significantly affect an individual’s rights or interests.

Security of personal information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards having regard to the nature of the information we hold and how it is handled. No method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Keeping personal information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet our professional, business, legal and regulatory obligations.

When personal information is no longer required to be retained, we take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it where required by law.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.
